Hand-Plucking Tea Leaves
All of our tea leaves are hand-plucked in order to:
Ensure freshest and most tender tea leaves to offer the highest tea quality
Eliminate carbon emissions from mechanized harvesters
Monitor and remove any imperfect or damaged tea leaves, thus insuring the long-term health of the tea bush
Soil Maintenance
We maintain tea field soil by using various grass and plant varieties to control erosion. Regular soil analysis is done to optimize soil nutrients and moisture

Wildlife Conservation
The trees planted in the fields have become natural habitats for various types of birds around the area.
Natural Pest Control
We encourage our co-op farmers to utilize natural pest control methods, which includes pest repellant plant varieties and regular tea plant inspections.
Energy Efficiency
We constantly improve energy efficiency in our processing plants to reduce carbon emissions.

Quality
Sourcing of green leaf to our processing facility is directly from small tea land holders farmers. The sourcing process is so designed to empower farmers.
Social Sustainability
We believe in sustainability throughout the process, from planting stage to the tea cup. Our commitment is to ensure sustainability in all aspects of our operations.
