Chai Tea Latte = A Hug in a Mug
A Chai Tea Latte is an easy to make drink that will warm you up and keep you cozy. The rich, warm spices of Walters Bay Loose Leaf Chai are made creamy and thick using your favorite milk of choice, along with cinnamon, vanilla, and agave.
2 tablespoons of Walters Bay Loose Leaf Chai
8 oz of milk (soy or almond milk works too!)
4 oz of water
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon agave nectar
1 pinch of cinnamon (optional)
In a saucepan, combine the milk and water. Heat the mixture until it begins to simmer, stirring regularly. Pour loose leaf tea into saucepan, whisk, and allow it to simmer for two minutes. Remove the saucepan from heat and let sit for 4-5 minutes to give the tea even longer to brew. Add in the agave, vanilla, and a pinch of cinnamon. Pour the tea into a cup and strain out the tea leaves. Enjoy!
